The PreSonus CDL18s subwoofer provides articulate low-end performance, Dante connectivity, and a visually stunning appearance in a compact form factor—making it a great choice to serve as the low-frequency foundation for mobile and installed applications alike. Combined with its integrated rigging hardware and pole mount, the CDL18s is a terrific companion to the PreSonus CDL12, naturally extending low-frequency reproduction with coherent phase response and an efficient, powerful design that provides the flexibility demanded by modern sound reinforcement applications.
With its 18-inch LF transducer, a compact, <24-inch form factor, and integrated rigging hardware, the PreSonus CDL18s is the companion subwoofer to the PreSonus CDL12 and makes an excellent choice for use as part of a portable PA or in small to midsize installations. The integrated PreSonus WorxAudio PDA-1000 Dante-enabled Class D power amp provides 1000 watts of Class D power and facilitates network access via WorxControl for system tuning. The result is professional concert level sound quality with high-power performance attributes. In portable PA applications, the CDL18s' pole mount accommodates up to two CDL12 "top box" loudspeakers. As part of an installed system, the CDL18s can be flown two deep with up to five CDL12 cabinets beneath -- with streamlined system cabling thanks to its Dante networking capability.
